  Awful Costumer Service.....went in for their free coffee "Wednesday Promotion" which is easy every where else but at this location, mind you I also bought several items with my transaction. The cashier at the moment who I assume is the Owner because he wasn't wearing a name tag or uniform like most employees and was Really RUDE... didn't want to give the free item after "explaining" to him what the 7-eleven app was for... he was still not "understanding" and still wanted to charge for the ice coffee EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURE ON THE APP AND DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE SAID IT ALSO INCLUDED ICED COFFEE ....Well after talking to this man for a while about it he said "what are you going to do about it" such I answered get the free coffee like the advertisement said , Call Corporate,YELP, and Give your store a Bad Review which after he said "Fine I'll do this just this one time" and I think he only did it because a line was starting to form behind me...such a RUDE human being and seriously I doubt I was the only one that asked for the "Free" item on Wednesday considering I went in there at(((( 8pm))))..Now I see why this Location is always Empty and ARCO ACROSS the street isn't....mind you I've lived in the area for almost 10 years and have have only been to this Location to get money from the in store ATM and not bought gas or merchandise because of their high prices compared to ARCO WICH IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET .....Last Time I purchase ANYTHING HERE or Even use their ATM
